Besides being involved in the outsourcing business, he is the CEO of a VR/ AR company in Cebu which has received government grants by the PH DOST. In his free time he is a professional stunt runner and is involved in tourism advocacy projects.

Erika has a undergraduate degree in accountancy. She has worked as a business consultant for Ernst and Young – Philippines as a Tax Practitioner. Erika also holds a Master in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila.

Bastian developed software at 14 years old and became an IT apprentice for a Fortune 200 company at age 17. He holds a Masters from Copenhagen Business School. Bastian has lived in 9 countries, attended 4 universities and co-founded startups which received more than 2 million dollar in venture funding.
